For each posting we read the full text and look for a rule that would exclude someone living in India: a country or region rule, a work-permit requirement, an office requirement, or a time zone with no overlap. A posting counts here only if we found no such rule.
It may still ask for a language, licence, seniority or contract type that is not a given, and our reading can be wrong. The postings we read are not a random sample of remote jobs; they lean toward operations, marketing, customer-success and support roles. Postings we have not read are not counted.
