Before you pay

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can withdraw from your first payment within 14 days. If you haven’t prepared an application yet, you get all of it back; if you have, we keep the days you used and refund the rest. Renewals aren’t refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. See the refunds page.

Is it free right now?

Yes. During the beta paid plans aren’t on sale, so everyone uses the free plan while we improve matching with real results. The prices on this page apply once paid plans open.

Will I get a reminder before a renewal?

Yes. We remind you before every renewal — 30 days ahead on the yearly plan, three days ahead on the monthly and six-month plans — in the app, and on Telegram if you linked it. You can cancel from your plan page in one step — no support ticket needed.
