Refunds — Job Reacher

Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can withdraw from your first payment within 14 days of making it. This applies to every customer, wherever you live.

You haven’t prepared an application yet: we refund the whole payment.
You have prepared at least one application: we keep the days you have already used and refund the rest. Withdraw on day 7 of a monthly plan and roughly half comes back.

You do not lose this right by starting to use Job Reacher — a subscription is a service, and the right runs for the full 14 days.

Renewals and cancellation

Renewal payments are not refundable. We remind you before every renewal — 30 days ahead on the yearly plan, three days ahead on the monthly and six-month plans — in the app, and on Telegram if you linked it. You can cancel from your plan page in one step; you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Launch offer

From time to time we run a launch offer with a discount for a fixed 24-hour window, with the start and end time shown on the pricing page. The discount applies to the price of the plan bought in that window. Everything else on this page applies to discounted purchases in the same way.

Your legal rights

These rules don’t limit rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Customers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a first subscription payment; we give the same 14 days to everyone else as a matter of policy, and we do not treat starting to use the service as giving that right up. Payments and refunds run through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, under its buyer terms.

Charged by mistake?

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, tell us and we’ll fix it and refund the extra charge.

How to ask
